Punter Southall has signed a lease for six floors at Orchard Street Investment Management’s 11 Strand, WC2.
The pensions adviser is taking 35,200 sq ft at the tower on a 10-year lease. Quoting rents at the building are £65 per sq ft.
Punter Southall will consolidate its 375 staff to 11 Strand in the first half of 2012 when its leases at properties in Haymarket, Jermyn Street and Lower Regent Street expire.
