Kirklees college has put its Huddersfield campus up for sale as a mixed-used development opportunity.
Kirklees council has already given verbal consent for a major mixed-use scheme at the 6.1-acre site on New North Road, which comprises 10 buildings totalling 342,000 sq ft.
Leeds-based Dove Haigh Phillips has been instructed to sell the campus following the college’s decision to relocate to a £70m site on Chapel Hill in September 2012.
