Fast-growing business networking site LinkedIn Europe is closing in on a new 80,000 sq ft London headquarters.
The group, which is currently based in just 7,400 sq ft at Derwent London’s Charlotte Building, W1, is understood to be in advanced talks to take German fund manager Realis’ 21 Bloomsbury Street, WC1.
The firm is expected to pay around £40 per sq ft at the property, which is currently occupied by government bodies including the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.
LinkedIn signed a 10-year lease at the Charlotte Building last year, but has a break in 2014.
