Henderson Global Investors has sold 3 Bunhill Row, EC1, to Saudi Arabian investor Manafea Holding for £80m – a yield of below 5.5%.
The 101,500 sq ft property, developed by Helical Bar, is let to law firm Linklaters, but will become Trowers & Hamlins’ new global headquarters from next year.
The present income is £4.5m per annum, reflecting £44.30 per sq ft.
