Land Registry data has identified the most expensive house sold in England and Wales this year – in Hampstead, north London.
Whitestone House, in Whitestone Lane, sold for more than £19m in a Savills-brokered deal. It is one of 14 houses sold for more than £10m this year. A nearby house has been put on the market for £30m.
