Sirius Petroleum has signed a lease for the third floor at 13 Charles II Street, SW1.
The oil company is subleasing the 2,150 sq ft space. The long leaseholder is Standard Life, and the freeholder is the Crown Estate.
Sirius is understood to be paying £68.50 per sq ft on a short-term lease, expiring in 2013.
