Oil and gas company Soco International has signed a lease for office space at 48 Dover Street, W1.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for 7,000 sq ft at Royal London Asset Management’s 35,314 sq ft building. It will pay £88 per sq ft.
Soco is the second oil company in a month to take new Mayfair premises, with former BP chief executive Tony Hayward’s Genel Energy signing for 4,719 sq ft at One Grafton Street in December.
Strutt & Parker and Knight Frank advised RLAM; Knight Frank also represented the tenant.
