Screwfix has taken a unit at Legal & General Investment Management’s Quadrant Court, near Dartford.
The DIY retailer is taking 2,835 sq ft of warehousing space, and 560 sq ft for offices at the park, located at junction 1a of the M25.
Screwfix is believed to have signed a 10-year lease. Quoting rent was £34,800.
Altus Edwin Hill, CBRE and Colliers International represented the landlord; Colliers, Jones Lang LaSalle and William Gunter Hardwick all represent Screwfix nationally.
