Lumina Real Estate Capital has bought the freehold of the Vitra showroom for £4.3m- reflecting a net initial yield of 5.3%.
The 28,668 sq ft building at 18-30 Clerkenwell Road, EC1 comprises a showroom and flats.
Singer Vielle advised the vendor Danescroft; Bidwells and Richard Susskind & Company advised the purchaser.
