Harvey Nash picks Heron Tower for new global HQ

Professional services group Harvey Nash has chosen the Heron Tower, EC2, for its new global headquarters.

The firm will relocate from its 13 Bruton Street, W1 headquarters, and is finalising details for a 10-year lease at Heron International’s landmark building. Total lease expenditure is expected to exceed £10m.

Other cities had been looked at for a new global head office, including Dublin, New York and Zurich.

Albert Ellis, chief executive officer of Harvey Nash, which has 40 offices across the globe, said: “London is a fantastic location for all British companies who are exporting services and expanding internationally. Access to a highly skilled workforce combined with a 21st century facility such as the Heron Tower supports our mobile workforce and in our view it’s the best anywhere in the world.”

The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson added: “By moving to the Heron Tower, Harvey Nash has chosen a stunning location for their new home, right in the heart of the City.”

CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield are the agents for the building. Aitchison Raffety acted on behalf of Harvey Nash
