Spanish property company Ahorro Familiar has bought an office complex in Madrid for €65m.
The 75,247 m² asset is located at Calle Ramírez del Prado 5 and it has 477 parking spaces. It was sold by real estate company Colprado Inmobiliaria, which is 50% owned by the buyer.
The buildings are 40% let to the municipality of Madrid.
Ahorro Familiar announced the transaction in a note to Spain’s market regulator CNMV.
