Wainbridge has launched a new subsidiary for super-prime residential developments and investments.
Wainbridge Estates has been set up to capitalise on the increasing demand for super-prime residential developments in leading cities, and will focus on London, New York and Paris.
It will provide the capital expenditure to undertake complex super-prime projects.
However, other commercial acquisitions will also be considered, with Wainbridge saying it will extend its proven strategy of identifying, acquiring and actively managing “value-add” office opportunities within the Greater London market.
The company has also appointed Christophe Leriche as its new head of France. He joins from Hines, where he most recently held the role of senior project director.
