MIPIM 2012: Three European retail property firms founded by former Jones Lang LaSalle directors have merged to form an advisory business.
The firm will operate under the name of Retail Partners Europe.
It is made up of REIM Partners, which focuses on Southern Europe and was founded two years ago by former Jones Lang LaSalle directors Bill Judge (pictured) and Steven Weaving; Hamburg-based RREIT, which was launched in 2009 by Jorg Krechky, a former director with JLL in Germany; and Retail Partners, which was established in 2005 by former JLL director, Simon Hollis, and former head of Corio France, Andrew Percival.
Retail Partners Europe will provide retail investment, asset management and advisory services in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
