Another round of West End requirements totalling more than 100,000 sq ft have come to the market ahead of lease expiries in 2013 and 2014.
Luxury toiletries firm Molton Brown is looking for up to 25,000 sq ft to accommodate its growth over the past few years.
Mobile advertising company Velti is looking to consolidate its smaller units in London into a 30,000 sq ft office. Another advertising firm, Havas, is looking for 15,000 sq ft. Elsewhere in the West End, Saudi Petroleum is looking for 30,000 sq ft.
Speaking at MIPIM, one agent said: “You are going to see a lot more similar requirements, with next year marking the end of many 10- and 15-year leases.”
Farebrother is acting for Molton Brown; Jones Lang LaSalle for Velti; Julian Hodnett for Havas; Knight Frank for Saudi Petroleum.
