L&R to sell prime London office
London & Regional has instructed Savills to sell its prime 68 King William Street office and retail development in the City, EC2. L&R is quoting £70m for the 108,300 sq ft building, reflecting a yield of 5.3%. The building is let to House of Fraser and serviced office group Regus. London & Regional bought 68 King William Street for around £15m in January 2000 from the City Parochial Foundation before refurbishing it in 2003. All parties declined to comment.
