Development Securities has unveiled the first image of the £20m, 60,500 sq ft office building it intends to bring to Southampton.
The developer has secured planning permission for the seven-storey block, called Aqua, which will be on West Quay Road between the new Premier Inn hotel and the Carnival UK headquarters. DevSec director Julian Barwick said: “This is the best new office development in Southampton, a tightly supplied market for high-quality commercial space. The Aqua building will complete the regeneration of West Quay III.”
CBRE and GVA have been appointed to find prelet tenants for the scheme.
