Hitachi Capital UK is close to completing a deal to relocate its headquarters to AXA Real Estate’s Heritage Court, in Staines, Surrey.
The finance provider is understood to be in final negotiations to lease the whole of the 19,918 sq ft building on Thorpe Road, on a 15-year lease with three years rent free.
It will be paying £28 per sq ft, and moving from around 13,000 sq ft it occupies at Wallbrook business centre in Hounslow.
Altus Edwin Hill advises Hitachi and Strutt & Parker represents AXA.
