CBRE has been hired by its PR adviser to find it as much as 100,000 sq ft of offices in Midtown.
Florida-based FTI Consulting is based in three offices in London’s Midtown – Holborn Gate at 326-330 High Holborn, WC1, 26 Southampton Buildings, and Davidson Building at 5 Southampton Street, both WC2. It occupies around 100,000 sq ft in total at the properties, on which its leases expire in 2013-2014.
Sanjay Jawa, FTI’s chief operating officer for EMEA, said: “In line with our business plan, and as a natural progression in our move towards becoming a fully integrated business, we are reviewing our options in relation to our London real estate.”
Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield are understood to have also pitched for the requirement.
