Crystal company Swarovski has confirmed the details of its head office relocation to 16,896 sq ft at Chiswick Park, west London.
The retailer has signed a 10-year lease for building 4 at Blackstone’s park. It is a 40% space increase from its existing UK headquarters at Perrywood business park in Surrey.
Hayley Quinn, managing director of Swarovski, UK & Ireland, said: “The London location enables us to be nearer to our consumers, store boutiques and stakeholders, while being within an environment which has increased in size, reflecting the business growth and team expansion in recent years.”
Vail Williams represented the tenant; CBRE and Savills acted for Blackstone.
