Record company PIAS UK has signed a lease for new offices at 1 Bevington Path, SE1.
PIAS is taking 9,750 sq ft on a 10-year lease with a five-year break. It is understood to be paying £18 per sq ft.
It is relocating from 101 Farm Lane, SW6, where its lease for similar-sized space is expiring.
The tenant was advised by JMW Bernard; the landlord J&K was represented by EA Shaw and Kalmars.
