Developer Deeley Freed Estates has sold three buildings at Bristol Business Park for £12.5m
F&C REIT Asset Management has bought buildings 410 and 420, which are 15,500 sq ft and 12,200 sq ft respectively, for £7m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7%. Mayfair Capital Investment Management has bought the 21,000 sq ft building 440 for £5.5m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.1%.
The three properties are let to Motability Operations on new 15-year lease.
