AXA Real Estate has appointed agents to fill its new 48,500 sq ft office block in Richmond-Upon-Thames.
Martin Campbell & Co and Savills have been instructed to find tenants for the grade-A offices at No 1 Church Road, where the quoting rent is £37.50 per sq ft. The building will be ready for occupation in September.
AXA said: “With a very limited supply of newly refurbished grade-A offices throughout the London suburbs, this redevelopment presents a rare opportunity for occupiers to secure a prime headquarters building in a very well-connected location.”
