Italian property group Beni Stabili has appointed a new board which will head the company until December 2014.
The number of directors sitting in the board was reduced from nine to seven compared with the previous three-year term, including the chief executive of Beni Staboili’s Siiq (REIT) Aldo Mazzocco, who is also general director of Foncière des Régions.
The Siiq’s chief operating officer Stefano Vittori is also a member of the board as well as Anna Pasquali, chief executive of Beni Stabili’s SGR (Italian fund manager).
