Havi doubles at Stockley Park

Havi Global Services Europe has almost doubled its office space at Stockley Park, west London, in a new deal.


The company, which assists logistics firms with IT support and packaging services, has signed a 10-year lease for 9,252 sq ft at 3 Furzeground Way.


It is paying a commencing rent of £25 per sq ft after surrendering its existing lease for 5,228 sq ft on ground floor space.


Landlord LaSalle Investment Management now intends to fully refurbish Havi’s old space and an adjacent space to provide an extra 10,000 sq ft of upgraded offices.
