Tim Sansom memorial

Former Prudential asset manager Tim Sansom has died.

Sansom passed away peacefully at Wincanton community hospital on 6 April, aged 53.

He was involved with the property market for almost 30 years.

After graduating from Reading University, Sansom joined Prudential, where he was responsible for asset management of a multi-million- pound portfolio, as well as for financing a number of “first generation” retail warehouse park developments. He subsequently joined CCL, a specialist retail warehouse developer, predominantly to help finance its growing development portfolio, but also to initiate and see through developments of his own.

Sansom eventually set up his own businesses, Henrich and CRC, which specialise in European and UK factory outlets.

The funeral service will take place at Mendip Crematorium on Wednesday 18 April at 1.30pm. Family have asked for no flowers. However, donantions can be made to the Friends of Wincanton Hospital and left after the service or sent c/o Clive Wakely, Wakely Brothers, Carrington Way, Wincanton, BA9 9JS. Tel: 01963 31310.
