Linden Homes has obtained a resolution to grant outline planning permission from Waverley council for 58 homes in Cranleigh, Surrey.
The scheme will see three-, four- and five-bedroom homes built on a 30-acre site.
A number of the homes are anticipated to sell for in excess of £1m. Some 24 two-, three- and four-bedroom affordable homes will also be built.
Linden Homes has been working in partnership with the owner of the site, Inverdunning. In June last year, Inverdunning’s previous scheme was refused planning permission.
Linden Homes has secured a further six detailed planning consents over the past month across the country. It means the company will be building a total of more than 200 homes in locations including Yorkshire, Surrey, Devon, Oxfordshire, Nottinghamshire and Gloucestershire.
