Pramerica Real Estate Investors has confirmed the sale of 85 Fleet Street, EC4, for £70m – a 5.8% yield.
The 96,648 sq ft building has been sold to a private Russian buyer and is multi-let at an average passing rent of £45 per sq ft.
The Sir Edwin Lutyens-designed building was refurbished in 2007. Tenants include Terence Conran’s Lutyens restaurant.
Jones Lang LaSalle advised Pramerica; Fineman Ross acted for the buyer.
