Lincolnshire Co-operative and Lincoln council have unveiled their vision of the £100m regeneration of Lincoln’s city centre.
The joint venture is looking to appoint a development partner for the scheme within the next six months.
Plans for the Lindongate Quarter include a 345,000 sq ft shopping centre. Completion is scheduled for 2015. Lunson Mitchenall and Banks Long & Co are advising.
