The Lithuanian government is putting its former Marylebone-based embassy building up for sale.
Lithuanian Embassy employees have now all transferred to their new offices at 2 Bessborough Gardens, SW1, meaning that the vacant 84 Gloucester Place, W1, can be put on the market.
The 7,500 sq ft building will be sold via Colliers International as a redevelopment opportunity. Offers in excess of £4m are being sought.
