Health supplements company Vitabiotics is close to signing one of the largest industrial lettings in London this year, in NW2.
Vitabiotics has agreed terms to take electrical giant JVC’s 100,000 sq ft former UK headquarters at Staples Corner, just off the North Circular.
The company will be paying around £1m per year on a 10-year lease.
The building became surplus to JVC’s requirements following the firm’s decision to reorganise its European distribution strategy, and focus on distribution from Belgium.
DTZ and Bray Fox Smith acted for JVC. The tenant was unrepresented.
