Good Hair Company, the firm behind GHD straighteners, has secured its first London office.
Leeds-based GHD is in talks with Schroders to take 5,000 sq ft at its 19,500 sq ft 82 Dean Street, W1. It will sign a 10-year lease with a break at year five.
Rents in the building are around £55 per sq ft. The move into London for the firm, whose brand ambassador is pop princess Katy Perry, is understood to be being led by its new Canadian chief executive, Paul Stoneham, who lives in the capital.
