Cushman & Wakefield is in line to pick up the mandate to advise Hammerson and Ballymore on the Bishopsgate Goods Yard mixed-use scheme in Shoreditch, E1.
It is understood to have beaten Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE and Knight Frank to win the job.
Plans for the 10-acre site, which has been derelict for almost 40 years, finally look set to be realised after Hammerson and Ballymore announced an agreement with landowner Network Rail in January. The deal, which took 12 months to negotiate, will allow the 50:50 joint venture to draw down parcels of the site in specific development phases.
Hammerson is expected to sell its stake in the project once planning has been achieved.
