Freeman Grattan buys in Bradford

Mail-order company Freeman Grattan has bought a 39,000 sq ft office building in Bradford for its own occupation.

Freeman Grattan, which was founded in Bradford, has bought the building at 66-70 Vicar Lane from WP Carey & Co for £2.1m.

The building, which was refurbished last year, is part of Bradford’s ‘Little Germany’ area which features Italianate and Gothic buildings built by German merchants from the late 19th century.

Colliers International acted for WP Carey & Co.
