Knight Frank has appointed 24 employees from DTZ to its Newcastle office.
Peter Bowden, director of retail asset management at DTZ, is joining the LLP as a partner.
He brings with him 23 other staff from DTZ, covering surveying, facilities management and accounts.
Stephen Hodgson, KF’s head of the regions, said: “This is a very significant growth of our Newcastle office which is now 15 years old.”
Head of the agent’s national property asset management service division Howard Woollaston added: “While slightly opportunistic, this is a key part of our strategy to grow our national business with teams in every single major UK regional city.”
