French property company Groupama Immobilier is looking for buyers for a mixed-use building at 52 Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
The asset, built in the 1930s, hosts a 7,000 m2 Virgin Megastore, which recently denied rumours in the French press about its intention to vacate its space in the asset, which also has a Monoprix supermarket as well as a shopping gallery.
According to market sources, the building is being marketed for more than €500m.
