Munich’s project developer Investa Immobiliengruppe has purchased a further asset at the Giesinger Bahnhofsplatz in Munich.
Investa acquired its first asset at Giesinger Bahnhofsplatz, the health centre Gesundheitszentrum Giesing, which houses medical specialists, in 2009.
The firm is now looking to develop another 4,200 m2 health centre containing retail and surgery space at the site. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2012 and complete in spring 2014.
Investa Immobiliengruppe is an independent developer of real estate in Germany. Since its launch 40 years ago, the group has developed properties and managed real estate portfolios with a total investment volume of more than €3bn.
