Fund manager Rockspring has appointed Knight Frank and Farebrother as joint letting agents on Fox Court, WC1.
The appointment follows the news that public relations agency Weber Shandwick, which occupies 40% of the 100,000 sq ft building, is to relocate to PRUPIM’s 2 Waterhouse Square development in Midtown, EC1.
A Rockspring statement said: “With Weber Shandwick vacating, Rockspring is currently investigating a number of options, and hopes to announce further news in due course.”
