Max Property Group has completed the final letting at the 210,000 sq ft International House at St Katherine Docks, E1.
Web technology specialist Sitecore UK has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year break for 8,000 sq ft, paying a rent of £39 per sq ft.
Max Property and Newmarket Property Holdings bought St Katherine Dock for £156m in July 2011.
Prestbury Investments act for Max Property; Ingleby Trice acted for Sitecore.
Ben Walford of Prestbury Investments said: “The first phase of our scheme incorporates designer Linda Morey-Smith’s stunning vision for refreshing the 210,000 sq ft International House and all refurbished offices have been let ahead of completion of the works.
“We are now focused on ensuring that the right occupiers are found for the breathtaking building that Buckley Gray Yeoman has designed for us at Commodity Quay, where construction has already commenced for delivery in just over 12 months.”
