Big four accountant KPMG has appointed DTZ to handle a 150,000 sq ft central London office requirement.
The agent saw off competition from an initial list of nine bidders.
KPMG’s lease on Salisbury Square House, EC4 (pictured), comprising 115,000 sq ft expires in 2015.
A DTZ statement said: “We are delighted to be part of KPMG’s advisory team, and we look forward very much to working with them on this project”.
