Jérôme Bédier has left French listed REIT Klépierre’s board to join retail group Carrefour as secretary general.
Bédier’s departure from the Paris-based shopping centre specialist was acknowledged by its supervisory board on 25 May.
The company said in a note that its selection and compensation committee would look into the former director’s replacement.
