Commercial property manager Orchard Street has secured two new lettings of a combined 30,000 sq ft for the Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate in Yorkshire.
MSM Foods Limited and Yorkshire Catering Equipment have signed for 10,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft units respectively.
Orchard Street completed a refurbishment of the properties when it took over management of the Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate.
Richard Walters of Orchard Street said: “We are delighted to have attracted two new occupiers and are confident that the recent improvements will continue to attract strong interest. Gildersome Spur is one of the premier industrial destinations in Yorkshire, offering just under 470,000 sq ft of space.”
