Greenbank Partnerships has submitted plans to develop more than 600 homes on Cardiff Bay.
The £200m Cardiff Pointe scheme, designed by architects Scott Brownrigg, will comprise 634 homes, including 235 two- to five-bedroom houses and 216 one- to three-bedroom flats in two towers of 18 and 24 storeys.
A further 217 affordable homes will be built on two adjacent sites.
