Topland wins City approval

Topland’s plans for a 220,000 sq ft development at 33 King William Street, EC4, have been approved by the City of London.

The scheme, designed by John Robertson Architects, features 23,000 sq ft floorplates.

Greycoat and CORE’s joint venture GreycoatCore achieved the consent on behalf of Topland.

The building is designed to appeal to a range of occupiers, and is due for completion in 2017.

Marketing will begin next year.

Topland managing director of operations Clive Bush said: “We are delighted with the result, and anticipate significant demand for the flexible space that will now be available.”

Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed agent on the scheme.
