Private Dutch retail property company Multi Development is planning to develop 15,000 m2 of shopping space in the German city of Bad Kreuznach in a €70m investment.
The municipality of Bad Kreuznach is planning to redevelop a part of the city centre. The project will involve seven new buildings including the 15,000 m2 shopping mall.
Multi Development will realise the project in close cooperation with German bank Volksbank Rhein-Nahe-Hunsrück, according to local newspaper Allgemeine Zeitung Mainz.
The project is an expansion of the main pedestrianised shopping area, a project which includes the expansion of the local Kaufhof department store.
