The Crown Estate has secured leisure brands Costa Coffee and Frankie and Benny’s at Victoria retail park in Nottingham.
Frankie and Benny’s has agreed to take a new restaurant pod spanning 4,000 sq ft. It has signed a 25-year lease.
Costa Coffee will take 1,500 sq ft at a rent of £30psf on a 10-year lease.
McDonald’s has also surrendered its lease and signed an agreement to relocate to a new 3,600 sq ft restaurant. McDonald’s and the Crown Estate have agreed a 20-year lease and McDonald’s will pay £27.50psf.
