Shaun Gorvin has become the third of four former Morgan Pepper directors to leave BNP Paribas Real Estate this month.
Gorvin, who was a senior director in the City investment team, resigned from the company last week.
His departure comes in the wake of City agency duo Jeremy Trice and Time Davies’ decision to quit BNP PRE to set up on their own.
All three, together with City investment director Mike Pope, joined BNP PRE in March 2008 as part of the acquisition of Morgan Pepper.
They were tied to BNP PRE for a period of four years following the acquisition.
Gorvin is not expected to join Trice and Davies in their new venture.
BNP PRE said: “We have been very clear about our intention to invest in our London transactional business and have already brought in some high-profile names.
“Paul Abrey, who joins this month as executive director of investment, is working with John Slade on the restructuring of our central London investment team, as well as growing our investor client offer and recruiting further big hitters.
“In the meantime, it is business as usual for our central London team, led by Fred Hargreaves, Dan Bayley, together with Paul.”
New chief executive Slade outlined plans for expansion at the business last week.
At an international team meeting in Paris, Slade said the firm was planning a major recruitment drive over the next couple of years which could see up to 200 new staff hired.
