Preston-based Maple Grove Developments has been granted planning consent for an £8m student accommodation scheme in Liverpool.
The O’Connell East Architects-designed development will feature 212 bedrooms and will be built on Seymour Street.
Maple Grove, which is a subsidiary of Eric Wright Group, has entered into a partnership with student accommodation provider Victoria Hall to operate the scheme.
Andrew Dewhurst, director at Maple Grove, said: “The development will provide an enjoyable, user friendly and stimulating space for student living within the heart of Liverpool city centre and will assist the ongoing regeneration of the London Road corridor.”
