Princes puts trust in British Land

Youth charity the Prince’s Trust is to leave its historic Regent’s Park home in favour of the City.

The charity is in talks to take space at British Land’s Broadgate Estate. The Prince’s Trust currently occupies the entire 20,000 sq ft at 17-18 Park Square East, NW1, where its lease expires in December this year.

It is thought to be eyeing space at the vacant Broadgate House in Eldon Street, EC2, where it would pay less than £30 per sq ft on a short-term lease.
