Developer Muller Property Group has unveiled plans for a £40m shopping-led development in Sandbach, Cheshire.
Muller, which is based in nearby Alsager, is aiming to submit a planning application for the Old Mill Quarter scheme this summer.
Plans include a supermarket and Premier Inn hotel, as well as a pub and garden centre and other leisure uses, plus 20 light industrial units.
Muller aims to start on-site in spring 2013 for completion by 2015.
