Highcross has let 14,000 sq ft of office space to gaming machine operator Gamestec Leisure at its WIRA Business Park in Leeds.
Gamestec has taken the space on a 10-year lease and is understood to be paying close to the quoting rent of £14 per sq ft.
The deal brings the amount of available space at the 110,000 sq ft business park to 10,000 sq ft.
Alex Hyams, asset manager at Highcross, said: “The scheme is almost full and provides a thriving business community, which we hope will attract even more occupiers.”
